LDS HQ
The studio's headquarters: every project's progress, conversion audits, heatmaps, and fixes that run only after the owner says yes.

The brief
LDS HQ is the headquarters for every product Legit Design Studio builds: progress, shipped work, conversion audits, heatmaps, analytics and approval-gated automations, with a public landing page in front. Ubaid designed it and Shameer built it in Next.js.
The studio needed one place to see every product it builds, find what stops visitors from converting, and change a live page only when its owner agrees.
What we built
Audit
- About 40 checks in nine categories, in order of impact: value proposition, calls to action, trust, friction, objections, speed, mobile and accessibility, search, and measurement.
- Core Web Vitals and a full-page screenshot from PageSpeed Insights.
- AI-written headline and button alternatives, a meta description and test ideas.
Propose and approve
- Copy problems become A/B tests; code problems become issues with the fix spelled out; content work goes to the backlog.
- Nothing runs until the owner approves it, and the owner can edit the copy or decline with a note.
Ship and measure
- Approved tests reach half the visitors through a one-line tracker, with no deploy.
- Both versions are compared with a two-proportion z-test, and scheduled audits check that fixes held.
The tracker
- Page views, clicks for heatmaps, rage clicks, scroll depth and goals.
- No cookies, and it respects Do Not Track.
The result
A public page with a free page score, and a password-protected dashboard where audits become proposals, proposals wait for approval, and approved tests are measured until one version wins.
